What a wonderful history of accomplishments in your career. I am also pleased that you enjoyed your time on campus.

From what I understand, the Bring Me A Book Foundation is accomplishing much in the area of creating a desire for the love of reading in children. Unfortunately, we are unable to help fundraise for other organizations since we too seek funds to help our students.

I am sorry we are not able to assist with your fundraising, but I wish you tremendous success in your work with the Bring Me A Book Foundation.

Regards,

Debbie Morgan

Since that time, I worked with Head Start as a two-state training coordinator (Colorado and Wyoming) and then on to the University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA. After 28 years of teaching there, I retired 10 years ago and currently work with a non-profit, Bring Me A Book Foundation that provides high quality children’s books to classrooms that serve low-income families and children. We also offer parent training on the importance of reading to their children. I cover two counties in the high-poverty, high foreclosure Central Valley.
Does the University (Illinois) have any programs that might be interested in working with me in raising funds for our non-profit?

Thanks. (I spent several excellent years at the Col. Wolfe Preschool)
